I'm a writer, transformational coach, creative guide and community builder. I've been facilitating groups and leading creative workshops throughout the U.S. since 1989. My passion is helping consciously evolving humans design a life that is in full alignment with their most heartfelt values and purpose. My dance with the written word has been a constant in my life giving birth to poetry, articles, essays, plays, screenplays, and most recently, a book about creativity called Creative Alchemy: Accessing the Extraordinary Power of the Muse to Transform Your Art & Your Life which was published in December 2018.
