Do you love Tarot and Oracle decks? Have you ever wanted to create your own? This course will guide and support you to do just that, while deepening your inherent wisdom and intuition. Using her own self-created deck as an example, the instructor will help to draw out your own ideas and images to complete your very own deck of cards. Major Archetypes of the Tarot will help to structure the course. Recommended materials can be purchased from storythroughstone.org/cards. Purchase of the instructor's full deck example will come with a deck of blank cards and worksheets to create your own interpretations for each card.
Teacher's Bio:
Cyndera Quackenbush, MA was born and spent her childhood in Joshua Tree, California. She credits the desert landscape for gifting her with an expansive and playful imagination. Having also been given a unique inheritance from her father, Cyndera is the creator of the Story Through Stone Reflection Cards and the Story Through Reflection Card Reading method. Cyndera facilitates workshops in California and internationally on the topics of Therapeutic Use of Card Imagery and Archetypes and also on Awakening the Animistic Imagination. As a storyteller, writer, educator and social-emotional mentor for children and adults in the Bay Area, Cyndera has found her bliss in helping others to uncover their purpose and path with play. She has a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology and is also a certified Card Reader through Biddy Tarot.
Style of Offering :
This Zoom offering will include a didactic and storytelling approach with visualization/guided meditation practices. There will be time for group sharing and feedback.
