TRE® is a science based practice that activates a natural healing mechanism that all humans are born with.
It is a set of 7 simple & mild fatiguing & stretching exercises that elicit a gentle tremor for releasing the psoas (a core muscle responsible for communicating the fear response as well as sensations of relaxation & safety).
Wait to practice TRE® if you are in late term pregnancy, have had surgery within the past 6 weeks or if you take anti epileptic medication.
TRE® was created by Dr. David Berceli after surviving his own traumatic experience which is why it is called Trauma Releasing Exercise. Today we recognize that TRE® is a go to Self care tool for all to experience regular states of peace, calm, & ease.

Students must be zoom capable. Check your settings prior to class so that you are ready about 5 minutes before class begins. No entry will be allowed after 11am CST.
Please wear light colored comfortable clothing & have a yoga mat or towel to lie on. Please have a wall accessible to use for part of the exercises.
Come curious & with a playful attitude. Class will begin with a short teaching module followed by the practice & finish up with space to share & ask questions.
