Join a professional dancer on your own health journey! With health coachings, Emily will help you plan your own fitness routines and nutrition plans to get you in the best mental and physical shape! Half of the class is dedicated to a workout and the second half is focussed on discussing and implementing nutrition and other wellness activities.

Emily is a NYC actress, dancer and fitness junkie. An avid runner, yoga instructor and fan of the occasional YouTube kickboxing video-- Emily believes physical and mental wellness are strongly connected and she loves sharing her passion for health with her students.
