I use a wide variety of tools and techniques including meditation, breath-work, and various forms of bodywork to help create balance in your life. Whether you are a student, teacher or somewhere in between I adapt each class to suit your needs, knowing that each day is different and that we are all on unique paths.
With the help of technology, I can offer you virtual private classes no matter where you are. Being able to practice within your own space is a convenient and useful way to realize that your experience is not dependent on a specific space. We might not be in the same place physically, but you will receive the same amount of personalized attention and custom class tailored to your goals.

As a 200 E-RYT and YACEP Yoga Teacher, Lauren’s unique approach combines different schools of yoga asana with a deep understanding of anatomy and functional movement. Since 2013, she has worked with a wide spectrum of students from beginners to professional athletes, ages 8 to 84. She emphasizes the importance of function over form as yoga is for everyone and every body.
