Living in a Pandemic - Strategies and Coping Skills (Free Class)

Covid -19 has changed the way the world functions and all of us have had to make changes - many of them unnatural.

These on-going sessions provide an opportunity to learn and share with others how you are adapting to the "new normal".

In each session, participants will have an opportunity to share some coping skills and strategies as well as to learn from each other.

Each session the Instructor will offer ways of dealing with and managing feelings. Each week, you will have an opportunity to share a coping skill or strategy and learn a new one. Make new friends, get support and learn how to deal with this world-wide pandemic.

This course is FREE, however, registration is required so the Instructor will know how many people will be participating.
