An internationally exhibited artist, published creative writer, independent scholar, and facilitator of guided meditations, Sara is excited to share her passions and knowledge with the world. She has extensive teaching experience and loves to offer new skills and understanding with compassion, curiosity, creativity, and patience. She holds a Master's degree from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London and is a certified Yin Yoga practitioner through Yogaworks.
