A former university professor, Dr. Jennifer Carol Cook is an award-winning teacher, writer, speaker, and avid traveler who has lived abroad in a diverse range of countries, from Australia to Mexico. Dr. Cook holds a Ph.D. in English and American literature and her scholarly and creative writing has been published by presses in Europe and the US, including Routledge Press, Harvard Book Store, Poetry Quarterly, and three consecutive times in Best Women’s Travel Writing. As the founder of The Wonder of the World, she has spoken around the globe on creativity, the arts, and writing, and has offered educational seminars and journeys that benefit conservation. Dr. Cook also mentors and tutors clients one-on-one in a range of academic and creative fields, including writing, philosophy, and the arts.
