Flexibility for Anyone

Ever wanted to become more flexible but nothing seems to be working? You've come to the right place! I've been teaching dance for 14 years, and I've coached gymnastics for 2 years. I've taken the safety courses, and myself do Acrobatics daily. I can help increase range of motion through gentle stretching, strengthen muscles to help hold flexibility, and over all improve your moveability!
