Personal Fitness Training

Have a professional dancer help you through your own fitness journey. Melding together different fitness styles, Emily will provide you with a full body workout, fit for a dancer. Focussing on lengthening and strengthening your muscles, cardio and body weight exercises are incorporated to create a well rounded and effective workout. Emily begins each session by asking the student their own personal goals and then creates the workout specifically for them. Set to fun playlists and nurtured by Emily's signature positive energy, you will be sure to leave this class feeling refreshed, energized and ready to take on your day!

Teacher's Bio: Emily is a NYC actress and professional dancer. When not performing, Emily teaches yoga, dance and theater arts courses. An avid runner, yogi and fan of the occasional kickboxing video-- Emily believes physical and mental wellness are directly connected and she loves sharing her passion for fitness with her students.
