Thermodynamics

In this course you will learn about the thermal properties of matter in the universe. From topics such as conservation of energy, heat transfer, entropy, and even non-equilbirium phenomena, we will cover a vast range of concepts and see how they can be used to describe the world around us.

Since this is a 1 on 1 class, the material will be completely structured to fit your abilities and needs. All levels and backgrounds are welcome!

Teacher's Bio: Josh Solomon is an adjunct professor of physics at Portland State University. His research interests include alternative energy technologies, planetary rhythms, and meditation. Josh has been teaching physics at the university level for five years and is very passionate about education. He strives to teach science in a way that is both inspiring and enjoyable for students to learn.
