Let's Make a BIG Floral Arrangement!

Short vases of flowers are very nice, but what if you have a large space to fill? What if you are going for massive decorative impact?

Is there a spot on the food buffet table that needs a big eye-catching Ka-Bloom? Is there an empty wall right next to the church altar that could use some pops of fresh color?
Let's make something big in this class. We'll use a big container with some height. We'll use some big branches, powerful colored blooms, and we'll put it together safely and securely so it doesn't topple over.

We will use floral foam for this one. I will show you how to secure the foam inside the container first. You'll learn the tools and mechanics needed to get the container all ready for the flowers. Watch and follow along on this live streaming class as I demonstrate how to make a tall fresh flower arrangement with lots of visual impact.

Sign up, and then I will send you a list of things I plan to use- the tools, supplies, and the flowers. If you want to create something while we stream the class, you can acquire the items on the list too, or simply watch and take notes for making your next big, impressive floral arrangement.

Teacher's Bio: Hello! My name is Sara. I have worked in all aspects of the floral industry since 2001. My favorite job was working as lead floral designer for an award-winning event company in Las Vegas, NV. My work there included many celebrity weddings, New Years Eve parties, charity fundraisers, conventions, and slot tournaments on casino floors. I loved creating over-the-top floral masterpieces when the Vegas budgets were large. I also liked digging deep and being resourceful to come up with magic when the corporate decor budget was small. My flower creations have been displayed in restaurants, spas, wedding chapels, and hotel VIP suites. I've also made flower arrangements in many florist shops, funeral homes and at grocery stores. Flowers are my life!! I'm so excited to share the many aspects and ever-changing trends of floral design with people. The truth is, anyone can make a beautiful flower arrangement. The first requirement is a natural love for flowers!
