Indoor plants can help make a peaceful space in any room. But what if you don't have room for an "urban jungle"? A great solution is a plant terrarium.
Plants contained in a terrarium require less water than potted houseplants. They are very "low-mess"- no dirt spilling out or water leaking through the bottom. They are awesome for a small workspace, like a computer desk. Terrariums make thoughtful gifts too!
In this streaming class, we'll make a terrarium in a clear glass container, with layers of rocks, dirt, and small plants that work perfectly in a contained environment.
We'll also discuss other types of terrariums that can be fun to make- cactus & succulent terrariums, moss-only terrariums, and rock gardens which are truly a "no-maintenance" option!
Sign up for this class and I will send you a list of optional supplies you can acquire or buy to follow along. You can make your own terrarium while participating in this live streaming class, or simply watch and take notes for making your own terrarium later.
Terrariums are fun and easy to make. Once you make one you'll likely want to create many more!
