Teacher's Bio: Ally Snead is a certified Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, trained under Ayurvedic educator and author Katie Silcox. She is a yoga instructor and she enjoys writing for health & wellness blogs. Ally shares Ayurveda to assist people in sparking an intimate connection to the elements in nature and to provide support in balancing the doshas in the body and mind.
