Your path to wellness is as unique as you are — there is no “wrong” or “right” way, just your way. I meet clients where they are at, and serve as a support, resource, and guide in reaching their wellness goals.
Your initial appointment will cover the Health History Questionnaire, which allows me to review your health history and current lifestyle, and make recommendations on how we can work together to improve your quality of life. From there, we can schedule successive appointments where we discuss progress and barriers, and I will provide support, recommendations, and resources to help guide you on your wellness journey.
Topics we can cover, but are not limited to, are the areas of nutrition/home cooking, physical activity, education, career, social life, career, finances, relationships, home environment, social life, or any combination therein. The important thing is that we focus on what YOU want to work on!
