Ashtanga yoga has been around for thousands of years and originated in India. It has been an influence for many of the styles of yoga taught today. Ashtanga combines breathing as well as stretching combined with strength to achieve a quiet mind and a flexible and lean body.
Teacher's Bio: Briella is a 500 hour RYT. She currently teaches ashtanga at her local studio and loves the primary series for beginners as it is an all levels class.
