Whether it's cooking unprocessed whole-foods, sugar-free, gluten-free, or oil-free dishes, I want to give you the skills to be empowered with the ability to cook the healthiest food you can for yourself and the people you love. We'll cover all the plant-based basics from nostalgic, classic, entrees, luscious salads, the perfect smoothie bowl, to fruit-sweetened desserts. Most importantly, I'll meet you where you’re at with your skills and tailor our lesson to what you want to learn and eat. I'm all about healthy cooking for a healthy lifestyle, with no sacrifices to flavor or satisfaction.
