In this one on one session we will discuss the benefits and importance of meditation. I will answer questions you may have about the practice and will introduce you to steps you can take to practice implementing meditation into your existence.
Teacher's Bio: I have been a trainer/educator in the medical field for 6 years and before that I worked for years with adults with developmental disabilities. I believe the course I have taken has lead me to a path where I can help others open up to becoming their most authentic self. I’ve acquired skills that have opened me up to tap in to my calling. Serving others in anyway I’m led.
