This class is for those who aren't a fan of heavy lifting or strenuous amounts of cardio, it's more about feeling good in the bodies we have! Moving with intention and playfulness while still feeling the work being done. Medium energy with a high impact!

Teacher's Bio: Etiange is a professionally trained dancer who has been studying different types of movement for 15 years. She has trained with many different companies (Alvin Ailey, Broadway Dance Center, KreativMindz Dance Academy). As well as certified in Pilates Mat and beginning her yoga journey, she has combined her knowledge of all 3 fields to bring a fun and exciting class.
