Jessica’s classes are centered on gentle, breath based movement meant to aid students in connecting the mind and body.

Teacher's Bio: Jessica is a 200-hour certified Yoga instructor. She began her yoga journey while attending college in 2002 and has been practicing ever since. She is passionate about helping others explore and grow through their own yoga practice and maybe find a little peace in the process.
